Stott Pilates ® Reformer methodology incorporates modern theories of exercise, science and spinal rehabilitation through five basic principles:

This methodology integrates body awareness and proper alignment for safe and effective exercises that improve your movement and mindfulness.
Training at InnerCore is three-dimensional; meaning exercises are performed in all movement planes.
The programme your private instructor will put together for you in your 1to1 session is ideal in combination with some kind of cardiovascular exercise, such as walking, running, aerobics or aqua fitness, and is a great complement to a weight training program or athletic training. Pilates can and should be done as part of a complete fitness routine.
